FY27 Budget Community Conversations
Montgomery County is beginning the process of shaping the Fiscal Year 2027 (FY27) Operating Budget, and our community has a vital role to play. The County Executive is hosting 12 Community Conversations from September through November to hear directly from residents about funding priorities.
For the Pride Family, this is one of the most important times of the year. These conversations give us the opportunity to advocate for LGBTQIA+, BIPOC, and other marginalized communities—ensuring our voices are heard and our needs are represented in the County’s budget.
We encourage every member of our Pride Family and our extended community to register for at least one forum. By showing up in numbers, we can strengthen our budget asks and protect the inclusive programs, safe spaces, and affirming services that keep our community thriving.
