The Coalition for Inclusive Schools & Communities and the Montgomery County Pride Family are mobilizing for a powerful rally in support of inclusive education as the U.S. Supreme Court hears the MCPS LGBTQ+ curriculum opt-out case.

This rally is a nonpartisan, educational, and advocacy event organized in accordance with the guidelines set forth for 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations. The purpose of this rally is to uplift the importance of inclusive education, affirm the value of diversity in schools, and provide space for community voices, especially those impacted by exclusionary policies and narratives.

We do not support or oppose any political candidates or parties. Our focus is on raising awareness, building community power, and supporting safe, affirming learning environments for all students, in alignment with our mission to promote equity, dignity, and justice.

Join us for a joyful, family-friendly afternoon of storytelling, creativity, and community power! ✨📚🎨 This is more than an event—it’s a community love note, a creative celebration, and a safe space for families, allies, and LGBTQIA+ folks to connect, express, and affirm each other.

Maryland Trans*Unity meets in person one per month, on the 1st Sunday from 2:00 pm to 3:30 pm. Masks are required. We will have extras on hand if you forget yours.

Free parking at County Office Building parking lot on Sundays - just a few blocks away. Nearest parking garage is approximately $9, closest street parking is free on Sundays.
