On Sunday, June 29th, 2025, 12 pm - 8 pm, Montgomery County gathers once again at Veterans Plaza in Silver Spring for a Pride celebration that is louder, bolder, and more powerful than ever. 

Montgomery County Pride in the Plaza is a vibrant day where our community comes together to celebrate authenticity, visibility, and collective joy. This year’s theme, We Will Not Be Silenced! We Will Not Be Erased!, calls us to stand proud, live loudly, and honor the beauty and resilience of LGBTQIA+ communities.

Across two electrifying stages, experience a showcase of talent and spirit: the Community Stage highlights a rich mix of local performers and community showcases, while the Main Stage heats up with the live finale of Drag Duels Season 4, the Emmy®-nominated drag competition known for its fierce, show-stopping performances that thrill and inspire.

Beyond the stages, Pride in the Plaza features an expansive Family Fun Zone designed for all ages, a lively marketplace with LGBTQIA+ and allied vendors, local food favorites, community organizations, and wellness services — including free STI testing and vital health resources.

As the day’s celebration peaks, the Main Stage closes with the dazzling Pride Mini Ball, presented by the Capitol Ballroom Council — a celebration of ballroom culture, runway excellence, and unapologetic self-expression that will leave you breathless.

While Pride in the Plaza is proud to be Montgomery County’s official Pride, it also marks the final celebration of this year’s historic WorldPride — an exclamation point on a season of global pride, unity, and resistance.
