Thank you for getting an STI/HIV test at MoCo Pride Center! You are doing a great job taking care of yourself, your partner(s), and your community by staying informed and knowing your status.
In Maryland, anyone aged 13 years or above can get tested for STIs and/or HIV and is eligible for our testing incentives! You do not need permission to get tested, and your results won’t be shared with anyone.

If you’re being tested for STIs and/or HIV in person at MoCo Pride Center on a testing day, please click here or scroll down to fill out our intake form.

If you can’t come in on our regular testing days, don’t worry! You can still get yourself tested by picking up a self-test kit at the Pride Center, or requesting that one be mailed to you from our testing partners.
We have rapid HIV tests for pickup at the Pride Center. To speed up the process, fill out this intake form before you come in to pick up your test!
Don’t have a mailing address for your personal mail request? Send your requested test to MoCo Pride Center at 4805 Edgemoor Lane, and we’ll hold it until you can pick it up!
Once you have your self-test kit in hand, you can find instructions on our website here for collecting your sample(s) and interpreting your results.
