It's a fall fundraiser! Join us for an extra special yoga event at MoCo Pride Center Bethesda on Saturday, 11/14, from 10 AM to 1 PM. 

This Karma Yoga Class will be led by Matt Braddock, pastor at Christ Congregational Church UCC and certified yoga/meditation teacher. The class welcomes all levels, from first-timers to seasoned practitioners, and every dollar raised in goes directly to the Pride Center! 

Karma yoga is the practice of selfless service, so this event turns movement and breath into community care. It also takes place just before Trans Awareness Week begins and our celebrations for the Trans Day of Remembrance and Resilience and Chosen Family Thanksgiving Dinner: a fitting moment to show up for our neighbors, and center our minds, bodies, and spirits for work in the season ahead.
